Policies
QUALITY
TriMi Tanks are not mass produced in a factory setting. They are carefully constructed by hand and given careful attention to quality. We strive
to give you a quality product with every order placed!
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, however with the national exposure of SharkTank orders may take up to 6 weeks if we sell out of our current inventory. Your order will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of your order. The original invoice must accompany items returned. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging. We suggest insuring/tracking your package since we can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. If your order is not fulfilled properly, we'll happily ship the correct items back to you for free.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order already placed, you must contact TriMi Tank customer service via email or phone. Please provide your order number, name and
contact information. Every effort will be made to accommodate your cancellation request, as long as it has not shipped. Please note that if your order has
already shipped, the order can not be canceled. In this case you may return the item (see returns policy above) for a refund, minus the shipping costs.
